Traveling for 2 nights in Munich. We want to stay close to the city center and we will have a car. The thing I'm struggling with is finding a space to accommodate our family with enough beds. We have 2 adults and 3 children (12-10 years old). I appreciate any suggestions. Bonus if it has a traditional German feel versus something like staying at a Hilton :)

Platzl in Munich. Lived in Munich, close to many things and very traditional. They have a parking garage. Taken many people there. They have suites. A little pricey but well worth it.

Hotel Schlicker is a great hotel in the center - they have hotel rooms and apartments for families. It is small and authentic and fills fast.
Hotel Platzl may have what you need also - but Schlicker is quainter, cheaper, and basically across the street from Platzl.
Both have a very good breakfast.
