Any recommendations on a beer tour in Munich?
No personal experience cause I don't drink beer, but you could read the most up to date reviews for the various companies offering a beer tour over on Trip Advisor. Some companies have more of a pub crawl, while others actually give you some history and interesting information, and others are just out to make a quick buck.
Just saying, if you go to the Marienplatz in Munich go to the Hofbraeuhaus. Walk around as there are several Brauhaus in the area. Checkout the Internet for the six traditional Munich Breweries: Augustiner, Hacker Pschorr, Hofbräu, Löwenbräu, Paulaner and Spaten. Of course there are more Brauerei from Munich and more represented in the city like Klosterbruerei Andechs. You can chart your own tour? Search for this: München Brauerei Führung. Most is in German but you may find something...
My husband and I did the beer and food tour with Radius a few years ago and enjoyed it. It's a mix of the history of beer as well as beer tasting.

Or, as stated above, plot out a few places you want to try and make your own pub crawl. My favorite is Augustiner-keller
I am going to Munich in April and I was looking for the same thing. The Size Matters beer tour seems to be very highly recommended on some other sites. It sounds like its a little more of a party atmosphere, which is what we want (3 late 20's guys).
Steve- late (or early) 20's guys should definitely hang at the Hofbrau Haus - not very family oriented late evening... Lift one (or 3) for me!!!
