Yes, it's very central, the location isn't bad but not very good either. It's a typical office building, and when I look at Google, there are hardly any reviews, and the few that exist are older. Most of the good reviews on Booking don't have any text, and the ones that do have text are with complaints as well.
I wouldn't book it - just a gut feeling. I also have to say that I'm really picky.
