Hello everyone-
We are taking a Lufthansa flight from Munich to Frankfurt On Tuesday July 30th at 5pm. How long will it take us to check in and get through security at this time? How far ahead of time would you recommend getting to the airport?

i'd checkin online 24 hours before and then arrive 2 hours before the flight and use the bag drop and then to the gate.

Left wondering why OP is flying when the train looks like it would be quicker overall . Ah, the mysteries of life.
Joe, I was thinking the OP was likely connecting to another flight in Frankfurt. The only reason I could think for flying there.
