Maybe….No one is going to be able to give you a definite “yes” or “no.” There is too many variables as has been discussed on here numerous times in the last couple of months. Good luck and hopefully you’re on one ticket.

Good news, while you don't note your date of travel, I assume LH has plenty of flights
each day from Munich to Berlin, so (assuming both flights are on the same ticket) if you
miss the original flight, you will have options for later flights at no additional cost.

Most likely, but not 100%, your transatlantic flight will land at one of the H gates and you
will need to take the train to the J/K/L gates for your Berlin flight, which does add a bit
of a potential delay into the process.

More importantly, if you are flying soon, the delays at immigration due to implementing
the data collection for the new EES system may still be in place. I flew out of Munich
earlier this week and there was a decent line of people waiting to access the area to
enter their data and then enter the country.

Munich is a very efficient airport, and Lufthansa controls all of Terminal 2, so if your arriving flight is on time you should make your connection. As shoeflyer says, you will most likely need to take the underground train to your gate - you will go through immigration control along the way. TBD is whether you will be bussed to your shorthaul flight to Berlin, which may not be accessed via a jetway.
