Munich 3-day ticket through Bahn?

I have a 40eur credit from Bahn that's only available when purchasing a ticket online through Bahn.de. I was going to buy 2 bayern tickets but I recently found out about the 3 day Tageskarte tickets. Does anyone know if these are available through bahn? I couldn't see them but figured I would ask. If not I'll probably just go with the Bayern tickets. Unfortunately all of our point to point trains are already booked.

Thanks!

Are you looking for a ticket that will give you travel in the MVV district?

I don't see that the MVV 3-Tage Innenraum Tageskarte is purchasable from the Bahn. However, instead of the Bayern-Ticket, a Werdenfels-Ticket is purchasable from Bahn.de and is 4€ less than the corresponding Bayern-Ticket.

Enter Muenchen Hbf to Mittenwald Bhf for any date and the Saving Fare option will be to purchase a Werdenfels-Ticket.

The Werdenfels-Ticket is only valid for the S-Bahn in the Munich MVV (not the U-Bahn, buses, or trams), but it is valid for regional trains south of Munich to Pfronten, Mittenwald, and Kochel, as well as RVO buses around Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Thanks for the info. I'll probably stick with the Bayern ticket since it covers S-bahn, U-bahn, buses...etc.

One more question - Is it possible to purchase more than one ticket via Bahn.de at the same time? When I enter my ecoupon, it's telling me I haven't met the minimum value. I'm pretty sure if I added 2 Bayern tickets, if possible, I would probably reach the minumum value. I don't see a "cart" to add more than one ticket. Do you know if this is even possible? I called Bahn but after 1 hour on hold, I finally gave up on them.

Thanks!

"Is it possible to purchase more than one ticket via Bahn.de at the same time?"

No, AFAIK, the regular purchase process of the Bahn does not have a shopping cart. You can only purchase one ticket at a time. There is also the Bahn Ticket Shop. It has a shopping cart for multiple tickets, but it's only in German and only seems to sell tickets that you can't get online with the regular process, so it doesn't sell Bayern-Tickets.

But, what is the problem? Is the Bahn refusing to let you use the any of the credit unless you use the entire amount against a single purchase? Or is it that you don't think the balance will carry over?

I don't know if the Bahn Ticket Shop qualifies as an online purchase, but if it does, there is something called the Bayern-Böhmen-Ticket that is available from them, and you could purchase two with the cart. It costs a little more than the Bayern-Ticket (30,50€ for two people vs 27€). It works exactly like the Bayern-Ticket in Bavaria (including unlimit trasport in the MVV) but also includes a portion of the Czech Republic along the border, as far east as Pilsen.

So, you would spend 7€ more for 2 two person tickets, but you could use all of the credit (if the credit is usable at the Bahn Ticket Shop).
