If you are willing to take the S1 train line 10 minutes, the Hotel Gastoff Maisberger at Neufarhn is located next to the station making it very convenient to airport. Big rooms, reasonable price, excellent breakfast.

I'm not sure there are hotels around Munich airport that have shuttles though I could be wrong. I stayed at the Novotel in 2021 but you needed to take bus 635? to get to/from the hotel.

I agree with the previous. I've driven, taken transit and used a taxi. I've never seen a shuttle. You could just have the hotel arrange for a taxi or chose a place that's near a stop on the S-8 line of the S-Bahn.

I know of two hotels with an airport shuttle in Halbergmoos: The B&B (no personal experience with that one) and the Runas (formerly Regent-Airport; shuttle booked for 5:30 was on time). But I would definitely follow Carol's recommendation and stay in Neufahrn right at the S-Bahn station; it couldn't be easier.

Just to expand on Chris’ post. Both the S1 and S8 lines serve the airport.

Hotels having shuttles isn't that common in Europe. But there is a hotel between the terminals, stay there you are within walking distance from your flight.

The hotel at Neufarhn looks nice but reservations are offline today. Will check them again later. And a hotel “between terminals” sounds interesting. What is the name?

If you stay at the airport the Hilton Munich Airport is great. Well worth the price for convenience and nice and quiet rooms. We did the same - it was end of our trip and had a flight the next day - early afternoon.
