Hi all, we are going to be in Stuttgart for 3 nights this April. I’m trying to book a factory tour of Mercedes and I’m finding the website very confusing. Just to be clear, I’m not speaking of the museum, but the actual factory. A forum friend has made her reservation by email, but we can’t join that tour apparently because they actually own a Mercedes and had to give their Vin number to book their private tour. It looks like from the website they offer tours to the general public, but its not clear how to make a reservation. Help please!

It appears that if you aren't an owner, you have to try to arrange your tour through an AMG dealer. It's still not clear if that's going to be possible as the site does state "We offer guided tours exclusively to AMG owners." Give it a shot, though.

Thank you Kathy! I had not found that page, so I was able to find out that I need to book the tour through our local Mercedes dealership. Love this forum!
