Don't plan. Decide when you get there based on what looks tasty, when you are hungry, and where in town you are at that time.

I assume this is a a Rick Steves tour?
The guidebook will have some ideas, and your guide will point out possibilities on your orientation walk.

There is a great fondue place in Gimmelwald ( a short gondola ride from Murren) called pension Gimmelwald. You need reservations as they are small and have very limited numbers every night. We ate there 2 years ago and are going back in May and plan to eat there again! We stayed in Gimmelwald last trip, staying in Murren this trip but plan to visit Gimmelwald ! It is maybe a 6 min ride between them.

We enjoyed our meal (schnitzel) at https://maps.app.goo.gl/5nZbRe6qisq5LhXe8 in Salzburg and want to go back this next visit. We also liked the drinks at Darwin's cafe bar and eating the sacher torte at the https://www.sacher.com/en/restaurants/cafe-sacher-salzburg/ Had a very nice italian meal (and a super spicy pepperoni pizza) at this crowded but hip place as well https://maps.app.goo.gl/s23gnsAKUAVkX2TK9

In Munich I like having Bavarian food at the Augustiner brewery by the train station and then having a wander at the Viktualienmarkt where there are food choices aplenty (not open on Sundays). We also had awesome roasted chicken at the English Garden beer garden by the Chinese pavilion. Had a nice 'formal' meal with friends at the Ratskeller in Marienplatz which is a HUGE place that did very good traditional food https://www.ratskeller.com/ratskeller-muenchen-speise-und-getraenkekarten.html

Food in Switzerland is not my fav and we end up eating whatever google rates the best that is close to where we are. Rosti with sausage and onion gravy being the exception (swiss food I actually love) and there was a pretty good one in Wengen at a small cafe by the train station but don't remember the name. (Eiger??)
