I'm planning a stopover in Baden-Baden for the day, en route to Frankfurt, and will need some place to store my luggage. I know there are a few lockers in Baden-Baden station, but in case they're not available, are there any other places that would do?

Uncharacteristically for Germany, the B-B station is outside the town center. You'd have to schlepp bags into town, I think, and perhaps drop them at the TI office, which may be willing to keep them while you are busy in B-B. Contact them to find out. The bus ride from station to the town center takes about 15-30 minutes in each direction, depending on which bus you take to the Augustaplatz stop. The DB site indicates a walk of 120 yards from there to the TI. All things considered, a couple of taxi rides might be in order, or maybe an alternative stopover town.
