I need to confirm whether there is luggage storage at Baden baden Germany train station as i'll be travelling from Gengenbach to Baden to visit for a few hours and then back to train station to catch a train to Colmar?

Yes. Schliessfaecher means luggage lockers.

To see the Bahnhofsplan, go here and select Baden-Baden on the pull down list. It looks like the lockers are along the station building on platform (Gleis) 1.

You probably already know that your visit to Baden-Baden will require a 15-minute bus ride each way between the station and the town center. Plan on 1.5 - 2 hours total each way from Gengenbach to the middle of town. And you probably already know that this trip is free with the KONUS card you get from your hosts in Gengenbach, right?
