I am trying to find a place to stay within about a 30-40 minute drive to Karlsruhe. I'd love a quaint pension or guesthouse. I will have a car so am not limited to public transportation.
Any suggestions?

I don't know the exact distance from Karlsruhe but how about staying in Rastatt.

Yes, I'm looking in Rastatt and all around, mostly to the south and west, since I will be driving up from Alsace. I was just hoping someone had a tried and true place they like. There are so many options!
