We fly from Berlin to Linate . We want to take train to Varenna but first spend 4 hours in Milan Historical Centre. What is best way?
After three nights in Varenna, we check out at 10 a.m. and will go by train to rescia to meet friends at 5:30 p.m. Is there an interesting stop along the way or even spend a little more time in Milan. What suggestions can you share?

Is this a place or are you just referring to the city center (Duomo)? You can get a bus to the city center from Linate. It is the No 73 bus costing 1.50 EUR and it goes every 10 minutes. Then go to Milano Centrale by Metro (M3, yellow line).

Do you mean the village of Rescia on Lake Lugano, or do you mean Brescia?
