I am planning our family trip and have come up with a rough/tentative itinerary and am looking for feedback from those who have traveled in the area. This will be our first time! Not sure on the days I have allotted in Salzburg and Munich - maybe switch that?
Day 1 - Arrive in Prague 11:45 am (This is my husband's birthday - even though will be will jetlagged - suggestions for an activity or great restaurant would be great!)
Day 2, 3, 4 - Prague
Day 4 - Train to Salzburg (not sure what time we will take the train)
Day 4, 5, 6 - Salzburg
Day 6 - Train to Munich (not sure what time we will take the train)
Day 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 Munich
Day 10 - Train to Nurnberg
Day 10, 11 - Nurnberg
Day 11 - Train back to Munich
Day 12 - 10:25 am flight departure
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I will be with my husband and two teenage sons. We are active and like to explore. We are planning on using public transportation and will not be renting a car, unless there is something we definitely should do that requires a car.
