Issues Buying D-Ticket with Tranzer

I am leaving for Germany today and running into a problem which I hope somebody on this forum who used Tranzer to purchase the D-tickets can tell me what I should do:
I tried to purchase the ticket this morning but I got conflicting error messages: The first one after I entered my credit card info saying something like “we cannot validate the card” but just when I wanted to start it over, I saw a message about the purchase was “successful”. When I looked for the ticket, another message says “something went wrong when creating your ticket”.
I contacted the vendor by emails (I called a phone number which was supposed to be the vendor's but the person answering the call said it's a wrong number), but they haven’t responded yet, and I don’t know when they will. I also checked my credit card, and there is no charge (yet). At this point, I don’t know what to do: Should I buy the ticket again with Tranzer, try a different vendor, or wait?
