Has anyone taken the Isartor-S_Bahn to the Munich Airport?

I assume you mean has anyone taken taken the S-Bahn from Isartor station to the airport.
Isartor is on the main trunk line through Munich. Almost all of the S-Bahn on the MVV go through Isartor. Only the S1 (going west) and the S8 (going east) go to the airport from Isartor. Take the S8. It will take you about 35 min to the airport S-Bahn station.
