Does anyone know if there is still scaffolding on Neuschwanstein? Can you recommend spots for a good picture of the castle? Thanks!

Not sure if scaffolding is in place at the present time, but the view from "Marienbrücke" (Mary's bridge) has always been good for photos.

Marienbrucke is the most easily accessible spot.
