I know of Bodensee-Therme Konstanz and Bodensee-Therme Überlingen, but I have not been there. I marked them on Google Maps, hoping that one day I will visit.
There are over a dozen Therme on the south end of the lake. If you stay in Dornbirn you could take your pick.

Be advised most are clothing free.
There's also one in Meersburg. I've not visited any of the thermes on Lake Constance, nor do I know which ones are actually natural springs, but the towns of Meersburg and Uberlingen are worth popping into.
Ones I have visited, fairly close to Lake Contsance, are at Bad Dürrheim and Bad Worishofen. Flat, clean and pleasant enough small towns; full of old fogeys.
I very much like Bad Reichenhall and the Rupertus is a good spa.
On certain evenings some spas have an adult only time slot. If you want a quieter experience, this is the time to go, or a midweek day when school is on.

I've been to the one in Uberlingen. It's very nice, but more geared toward families.

Two points regarding my experience with therme in Germany. First, those with large swimming pools or attached to waterparks will be more family oriented. I have visited some large therme with seperate areas, but still found them too family-oriented in public areas and locker rooms. Second, regarding adults, I find that daytime tends to have an older, often single adult crowd and evenings have a yournger, couples or groups vibe.
