Is the Berlin Welcome Card with Museum Voucher the Best Option for Me?

My daughter and I will be in Berlin for 3 days in May. I have researched the different passes and the Berlin Welcome Card with the Museum Island Voucher for 72 hours seems like the best option. We are staying near the zoo, so I know I want a transportation pass to get around. We are planning on going to The Pergamon Museum, Neues Museum, and the Old National Gallery (Alte Nationalgalerie) on Museum Island. We also plan on going to Charlottenburg Palace and Gardens and the Museum of the Wall at Checkpoint Charlie (25% off with the card) and taking the Original Berlin Walks tour (also 25% off with the card). Most of the rest of what we plan to do is free.

Also, can I reserve a time slot for the Pergamon Museum even if I don't have my pass yet? And on the Berlin Welcome Card website, it says the museums on Museum Island are good for three days? Is this accurate? I thought I had read you could buy a tickets for the five museums on Museum Island, but it was only good for one day.
Thanks for any help and suggestions you can give.

Amy, the card is not bad. They is good when you use them every day and goes every day to a museum etc.
btw. The "Pergamon Museum" is open but the "Pergamon Altar" is due to remain closed to the public.
