My question is I'll be flying in Munich, where do I catch the SBahn to go to the Hotel Isartor and is it a direct ride there. Thank you Deborah

I would suggest using the journey planner by MVV and that will help you get there. https://www.mvv-muenchen.de/en/index.html
In the departure box, you should use the drop-down menu to look for München-Flughafen, Airport Munich, then in the arrival box, put your hotel and when the drop-down menu opens up, you should find it in there. Add the approximate date and time and it will give you a good idea of where you should go and which train you should take to get there.
ETA: also comment if you go to your hotel website. There is a section on one page that gives you information about using public transportation to get to the hotel. https://www.hotel-isartor.de/en/contact/ (just scroll down till you see it).

There are large signs in the Munich Airport with "S" on them that will direct you to the station which is on a lower level. You can't miss them!
