I have entered the wrong information in the Digital Registration on Entry. I don't know the contact information, so please let me know if anyone knows how to correct it.

While I don't know if your airline cares about the digital entry, no one in Germany has asked to see it. The final paper you receive has your name and gender on it. No QR code. So far, vaccines cards are accepted. We have used the Luca app in most places here in Bavaria. That is a contract tracing app. Download it at home. Really easy. All the Germans care about is your vaccine card, although your hotel may require a recent test to check in. Ours in Munich did.
