Bike trip luggage transport in Germany

https://www.bettundbike.de

^ I'm grateful to find that this site exists, but it's not really easy to navigate, especially for a non-german speaker. How does it work if a hotel participates in luggage transfer; do you just tell them where you're coming from and they arrange someone to bring the bags?

Anyone know if there is a better interface, or travel agents that specialize in this that can assist in selections?

We have done a good amount of e-biking in Europe where we stay in one place and take day trips nearby, using the train one or both ways. But I'd like to try a hotel-to-hotel on the Mosel. Or maybe the self-guided biking companies essential fulfill that role by allowing you to select your hotels based on your own criteria?

Thanks!
p.s. In case I can pay it forward: We've done "hub and spoke" biking out of Prague, Cesky Krumlov, Lake Constance (Lindau/Konstanz), Amsterdam, Salzburg, Salzburg Lakes, Vienna and Reit im Winkl.

Yes, because even on the US site the filters are in German, as are buttons etc. Okay, I can look those up words. But there's no description of what the filters mean, no legend showing what the various symbols mean, etc.
