Hi - Is there a train or Uber or some kind of transportation we can take from Rostock to Herrenhaus Samow?

That's good to know. A few years ago I saw the headline on a Berlin newspaper saying that the Berlin Senate had vote to ban Uber from operating in Berlin...good. .

I think you can rent a car for a day for a lot less than a taxi from Rostock. Its 45 km.
