I am trying to contact Hotel Neue Krame in Frankfurt to find out about rates and availability for our 2 night stay there in June 2022. I have sent a message twice via the form on their website and have not received a reply. Is there a better way to contact them? Also---if anyone has any other suggestions of good hotels to check out in that area (Altstadt), I am interested in hearing about them. Thanks in advance!

Try Hotel Mirimar on Berlinerstrasse. For me, it is a better hotel than Neue Kramer
There is also Motel One at the Römer, Paulaner am Dom, or the Spener Haus.
Not sure if Hotel Neue Krame is even open, but I walk past it almost daily, so can stop by and see if you like.

A couple years ago made reservations for there on Hotel Reservation Service.
I liked the room, the staff and the location.

Thanks everyone! I was able to make a reservation at one of the suggested hotels on this thread.
