Hotel Keiml, Nuremberg

I found this Hotel in RS book. Based on good reviews, I sent a request via their website's booking form last Friday. I have not received response. (Normally, when booking direct I always received quick response). Does this mean they are full?
My dates are the 3rd week of December.
Should I send them another request through email?
Has anyone who stayed in this hotel? What's your experience in booking?

If you sent Friday, they read it Saturday. Maybe event or someone ill ... Give them time until tomorrow. If you did not get an answer from them until Monday evening in any US time zone I suggest to re-send and stating that you did not get an answer so far.

Tip: Check also your spam mail folders online and in mail client. Maybe a European mail address is automatically filtered by what automated rule ever.
