We are arriving the day before our Germany tour which begins in Hamburg on May 20. I have emailed the hotel (Hotel Alster-Hof Hamburg) about reserving a room for May 19. I got an email back stating the cost. I responded to the email and asked them to book the room for us. I have not heard anything back even tried emailing them again. I just went on their website and it says we can not book an arrival date of May 19. I have tried to call but the call doesn't go through.
Any suggestions?

Why does the call not go through? Don't push the (0) preceding the area code for Hamburg.

From the US to call, you dial 011, then the country code, then the area code minus the zero, then the number. So using the number on the hotel's website, the number you dial is
011 49 40 350070

I have sent 2 emails in March and April to add 2 nights before my tour in Sep 2025. No response back yet. Has anyone been able to reach them by email or phone, and getting a helpful answer?
