We are arriving the day before our Germany tour which begins in Hamburg on May 20. I have emailed the hotel (Hotel Alster-Hof Hamburg) about reserving a room for May 19. I got an email back stating the cost. I responded to the email and asked them to book the room for us. I have not heard anything back even tried emailing them again. I just went on their website and it says we can not book an arrival date of May 19. I have tried to call but the call doesn't go through.
Any suggestions?

Continue to contact them for receiving a booking confirmation.

Why does the call not go through? Don't push the (0) preceding the area code for Hamburg.
