We have a few days only in Munich - getting there in September in time for Oktoberfest. We only have Ludwig's castles lined up so far, looking for more things but I didn't see anything about hot air balloons on Rick's episode about Munich or in his Pocket Munich and Salzburg book. We wanted to try it when we were in France 13 years ago, but couldn't. Any suggestions or personal experiences out there? I know it would be beyond a long shot to hope we'd go over the castles, but some beautiful Bavaria countryside would be incredible..
