Help in finalizing Germany, Austria, Prague plan

Planning to go to Germany, Austria and Prague in October from Texas. Overnight flight into Frankfurt possibly nonstop.
Tentative travel agent plan: Oct. 4-6 overnight to Berlin, 2 nights. Not that interested in some of that history.
Transfer to Leipzig Oct. 7-9; 3 nights; stop in Halle.
Leipzig to Herleshausen Oct. 10-11, day tours to Eisenach and Weimar.
Transfer to Dresden Oct. 12-14; 3 nights. See Dresden, Meissen, Grossenhain and Zabeltitz.
Transfer to Prague Oct. 15-17 for 3 nights.
Transfer to Munich Oct. 18-20; for 3 nights. See Augsburg, Fuggerei and Landsberg
Transfer to Salzburg Oct. 21-22; stay 2 nights.
End in Vienna for 3-4 nights for a concert I am singing in with a group.
Interested in classical music, Mozart, Bach, Martin Luther history and family genealogy in Dresden and Leipzig.
Need suggestions on this plan ASAP.

You have a lot of destinations, but at least you will be spending three nights (which equals two full days) in a lot of them.

How will each of your "transfers" work? Are you renting a car, or taking trains?

Some of your locations, you don't need all of those days trips. There's plenty to do within those cities, especially because the two other locations that I looked up on Google maps are about an hour each way from the city (so two hours simply in travel time).

If you are interested in classical music, then plan to attend concerts in Salzburg, Prague and Vienna. Especially Vienna. You will need to purchase tickets for those in advance.

If you are using a travel agent, when looking at their hotel suggestions, my advice is to carefully review the location of the hotels. Because travel agents need to get paid, they usually are receiving commissions from hotels, and that would influence which hotels they would like to book you into. You should be looking for hotels that are clean, nice (whatever that means to you), the right price for you, AND IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION for what you plan to do in that city.

Have a wonderful trip!
