Has anyone stayed at Jugendherberge Muenchen-Park?

Looking for a safe area, less expensive than large chain hotels, and something comfortable and clean for one adult and two kids. Has anyone stayed at Jugendherberge Muenchen-Park in Munich?

Well, it's not very central, but U3 line runs to the city center in 17 minutes each way. If you want to compare, the YMCA has triples for about 83 euros and Rick's book lists other triple hotel rooms in the center for 130 euros.

thanks, Laura. I will check out the Y and other triples. I'm not finding many that have openings and know I was late in my inquiry.

Thanks for all of your help. I'm going to take a day trip/tour to Fussen from Munich and then focus our time in Rothenburg and the Rhine. Thanks for all of your assistance!
