Hamburg airport transportation?

Does Hamburg have transportation like the Blue Van that will take folks from the airport to a downtown hotel? Many thanks!

The trip by S-Bahn from Hamburg airport to Hamburg Hbf takes 24 minutes and leaves every 10 min. Cost: 3,--€.
