Why don't you just Google Golfing in Germany?

There's probably one closer to Bad Wimpfen, but the only course I know of within an hour's radius is just outside of Bennsheim, about halfway between Heidelberg and Darmstadt.

The US army formerly operated a golf course just outside of Heidelberg, but I have no idea what happened to this. Whether it's now a public access course, private club, or lying vacant, I couldn't say.

Of those listed by Chris, the course in St. Leon-Rot is probably the closest to your two destinations in Baden-Württemberg. Probably about an hour's drive from each.
