How difficult is it for those that are gluten sensitive to eat while in Germany? Is there any local gluten free or gluten removed beers in Germany?

I don’t know anything about gluten free food in particular, but I do know that the Germans absolutely love anything they can stick an organic/bio/GMO-free etc.-label on. I would be very surprised if gluten free products were not videæy available as well.

I have multiple food allergies, including gluten. I don't eat out a whole lot, instead I usually stay in hotel rooms with kitchens and make a lot of my own food. Getting allergy friendly groceries was fairly easy thanks to google translate. It did take some work though. We did eat out a few times last summer with varying levels of success.
