We are arriving in early May to Munich prior to a Rick Steves trip to Munich, Salzburg and Vienna. We hope to get to the Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle. Any suggestions regarding specific bus tours to those places?
We are also planning to go to Dachau to the concentration camp. Any other must see places in or around Munich ?

I can't answer the Castle part of the question, since my advice would be skip those and go to the Nymphenburg Palace complex right there in Munich. More authentic and a better use of time.
Dachau is easily reached by using the S2 line out of Central Munich and takes just a short period of time. You can transfer to a bus that goes to the Memorial (that is what they call it vs. the Concentration Camp) about every 10-15 minutes. The memorial is large and could involve some significant walking. There are information placards throughout the exhibits.
