I'm flying into Frankfurt and booked my first train from the HBF instead of the airport. Are their shuttles that take us to the main train station? How frequent? Thanks.

Frankfurt airport has an Sbahn that will take you to the Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof.

Go to the Regionalbahnhof at the airport for the S-Bahn to Hbf.

The S8 and S9 come alternately every 15 minutes. The fare is 6,60€ for an adult. The S-Bahn come into an underground station at the Hbf.
