Germany plans for next summer

Hi

I just returned from 2 weeks in Italy. I had an amazing time exploring Italy, but I wore myself out. I needed a vacation when I returned home. When I was over there, I heard many talk about Germany so next summer, I am going to Germany.

I am using timeshares for the first and third week. The second week (middle of the trip), I will visit another country nearby. How should I spend this time? Thought about Paris, Lyon and Milan (all are on the way to Schliersee) or go straight to Milan and down to Italian Rivera.

Fly into Dusseldorf, Germany

June 13-20 Gemuender Ferienpark Salzberg, Schleiden, Germany

June 20-27: Open. Should I go to another country? Split it between two? Which ones?

June 27-July 4 Karma Bavaria, Schliersee, Germany

Both of them are within a 15 min walk of a train station. The one in Germund is questionable but I could rent a car nearby, there is a bus stop.

  1. Austria
  2. Eastern France, especially Alsace and never Lyon.
  3. Switzerland

For the period of 6/20 to 6/27, I suggest staying in Germany, head up north or east, choosing from Berlin, Hamburg, Lübeck, Kiel, Schwerin, Dresden, Weimar, Bremen, Soest/Westf., Jena, Leipzig, Goslar, Magdeburg, and numerous other places. See, explore and visit a different part(s) of the country.
