Have currently a hotel reservation in Staufen, as well as in Hinterzarten. Planning to drive from Staufen through Münstertal and eventually to Hinterzarten. From there a day trip to Freiburg and via Glottertal back to the HZ hotel. Here is my question: having read so much about the touristy area = Titisee and Hinterzarten, would any of you recommend to go search for a less crowded area, we'll be traveling at the end of August. Thanks for any feedbacks.
