German Train Ticket: What Is It Telling Me

I purchased a German train ticket that has this designation:

Sitzplatz Wg. 2
Pl 106, 1 Fenstor

So I see that sitzplatz is seat, and fenstor means window. But the abbreviations seem likely to be important too. What does this mean?

As I read it... You're in car #2, seat 106, on the window. It's "Fenster", right?

»Wg.« stands for Wagon, carriage. The »Pl.« is Platz, seat.
Seat No. 106 will be at one of the ends of the carriage. There usually is an indication near the door which tells you from which end the seat numbering starts.

@ Russ: Right you are. It's fenster. I guess I had fat fingers or couldn't read my own writing.

All: Thanks for the help. I should be able to take it from there.

The trains are very long, maybe a quarter of a mile long. You will want to identify where to wait on the platform so that you'll be near your car when it arrives. There is a train formation poster on each platform that should help. Also here.
