My wife and I plan on buying a 5 days in 1 month Twin Rail Pass 2nd class for our trip in June throughout Germany.
The problem is: its 2 weeks away and I am afraid it will not arrive in time. Is it viable to just buy the pass when we land in Frankfurt?

You can even buy it at the airport train station! There are two train stations at the airport - you follow the signs to "Fernbahnhof" and to the "Reisezentrum". You can also just by a point-to-point ticket and purchase it at the Frankfurt city train station if that's your first stop, too.
