Garmisch to Fussen?

Any number of connections from Garmisch to Fussen - The 1:04 - 14:37 ( 1 1/2 hour trip ) leaves Garmisch to Reutte , (Austria ) change there to #100 bus to Fussen . Find this on Bahn ( DB website ) https://int.bahn.de/en/

Very skimpy bus schedule has a morning 9:40 - 11:51 DIRECT journey to Fuessen Pulverturm stop... Bus 326 schedule:

Another option is to take the train from G-P to Reutte in Tirol (about 1 hour) and then Bus 100 to Fuessen from Reutte (about 25 minutes.) To find schedules for this trip use the DB website - Enter Pulverturm Fuessen as your destination from G-P. Also enter Reutte in Tirol as a stopover (under "stopovers") with 00:00 transfer time.

In addition to Garmisch to Reutte to Füssen, you can also go by bus via Oberammergau. This way you can stop and spend some time in Oberammergau, a much nicer town, IMO, than Reutte. The bus from Oberammergau to Füssen also stops in Wieskirche and gets to Hohenschwangau before Füssen.

The bus route Lee mentions is the one covered by bus 326 and mentioned in my previous post. If you make stops in Oberammergau, etc., as Lee suggests, you will need to consult the DB website to find later bus journeys that will take you to Füssen after those stops.

The train + bus journey via Reutte is advantageous for reaching Füssen more quickly than you will with the bus-only routing and will likely provide more connections throughout the day. The point of specifying a stopover in Reutte with 00:00 stopover time is not to go sightseeing in Reutte. All this stopover does is ensure that you are properly routed so that you can transfer from train to the next #100 bus which goes to Füssen. Use the DB website to find details.
