Hello everyone,

Per my understanding the below route should be fully covered under Bayern Pass.
Wish to get confirmation from here as the website shows “price information not available” when I search for Trip 2 on the DB website.

Travel Date: 28 May 16 (Sat)

Trip 1: From Garmisch Partenkirchen to Nürnberg Hbf via RB (Regionalbahn/RB) and RE (Regional-Express ); departs 05:00/ 06:07 & arrive 08:48/10:23

Trip 2: From Nürnberg Hbf (S-bahn) > Ansbach (RB) > Steinach (RB) > Rothenburg ob der Tauber; departs 17:21 & arrive 18:49

Trip 2 shows "unavailable" on the DB website because tickets are "exclusively" sold by the VGN, the Greater Nuremberg Transit district. Nonetheless, the Bayern Ticket is good on all its trains, buses and U-Bahns.
You will see this if you put in the DB search engine travel from Garmisch to Rothenburg with a stopover in Nuremberg for 7 hours.

You can see schedules and the district map for the VGN on www.vgn.de. There is an icon of the British flag. Click it to change the site to English.

According to the Bahn schedule webpage, they are working on the track between Munich Pasing and Munich Hbf on May 23, so RB 59446 only goes as far as Pasing. However, there is an alternate route with changes in Wilheim and Augsburg that gets to Nuernberg a half hour earlier, at 9:53.
