We will be traveling in Germany during the final episode of Game of Thrones. Does anyone know how we might be able to view the episode? I assume our HBO subscription will not work while in Germany. Appreciate any thoughts.

I would suggest that the show will be available for you to watch when you get home but it's hard to avoid those spoilers.
I have an HBO Now subscription through Amazon Prime that I watch via a Roku. I get around the ISP issue by paying $10/mo for a VPN that includes SmartDNS. I use Overplay but there are other services. If it's that important to you, you could pay the $10 subscription for Overplay or a similar SmartDNS service (which is and I stress, different from JUST a VPN) for one month which you could then use to watch the episode on your device via their app. You'd have to have HBO Go or HBO Now of course to watch it on your device as well.
