Our tour ends in Munich and our flight is leaves from Frankfurt International. We are renting a car in Munich airport and driving to Frankfurt. Which route should we take and things we need to stop and see along the way? We will have about 10 hours of driving and site seeing.

Just fly to FRA and then use the time to look around either Frankfurt or Mainz. It will be cheaper.

We are flying in to Frankfurt on July 14th Staying in Mainz the 15th-17th. Doing the Rhine Valley up to Cologne. Our tour starts in Mainz on the 18th ends in Munich on July 27th Driving to Frankfurt from Munich on July 27th

There's an easy train which can take you from central Munich right into Frankfurt Airport. Did you know?

If car:
Renting from Munich airport makes no sense when you are in Munich. Rent from a Munich city station. Heidelberg is an option. Be aware that you can expect more traffic in summer during week days by trucks and on weekends due to summer vacation traffic.
