We will be staying in Freiburg for 2 days in April and wanted to find out what would be a recommended hike in the Black Forest? We are interested in traveling up to see Lake Titisee and maybe hiking around there. Please give us any ideas you have for our short stay! :) Thank you!

Take a train to Titisee. Plenty of walks from there, including a circuit of the lake.
Lots of other hikes, but Titisee is easy-access. You can do many one-way hikes with bus access both ends. Local tourist info will advise. Or do a Google search for "wanderung Titisee".

Here are some hikes you can do around Titisee. I have done the hike from Neustadt up to the Hochfirst peak (#3 on map) - nice view from up there. There's an inn up top, and a tower you can climb for an even better view.
