We will be transiting thru Terminal 1 at FRA airport in Nov from the US to the UAE. I have seen that FRA airport has coat and baggage storage in the baggage claim area. Given that our checked baggage will be checked thru to UAE, will it be possible to take coats/carry ons to be stored at FRA during this international transit ?? We understand that we will have to go thru passport control and back thru security to achieve this, but is it allowed ?

I can't see any reason why it shouldn't be allowed. Just make sure you have enough time.

We have 1 hour 50 minutes, but it is all within Terminal 1. If there were any arrival delay, ee could still skip it and just drag our coats with us on our trip to sunny destinations. Do you think our time is enough?

Yes, for nearly a month. I saw that they have a coat check and baggage storage on arrivals level and they will keep a coat for .50Euro per day, which is so much better than carrying it around for a month.

That sounds doable, but how much time do you have on the return trip? You don't want to risk having to choose between missing your flight and abandoning your coat.

Why are you bringing a coat with you anyway? Why not just leave it at home?
