I recently purchased tickets to the Eintracht Frankfurt match vs Werder Bremen that was scheduled for Oct. 5th, a Saturday. The time was not yet determined but the date seemed set. I just found out last night that the game has been moved to the following day Oct. 6th, a Sunday. I now have 5 tickets that we will not be able to use due to our travel date being that Sunday afternoon. I'm wondering if any one can help with how these tickets could be refunded or maybe even just resold. I had a lot of trouble communicating with the team representatives during the ticket buying process and could not get any responses in English so I'm not sure how easy/difficult it would be to contact the organization in regards to this.
Any information on what steps I can take would be greatly appreciated!
