Is there an express bus from the Munich Airport that goes directly to Prague? I arrive in the morning in Munich and am considering going directly to Prague if there are multiple times and an easy connection. My other option is to spend anday or so in Munich and then do the train after being rested.
Any links to the bus website and how to find it as we are arriving on United.

The only direct bus is at 5:25 pm and is operated by DB IC Bus. You'd be better off taking the S-bahn to Hackerbruecke station and taking one of the busses from the nearby bus station.

If you have time when you get to Hackerbruecke before your bus goes you could wander over to the Augustiner Brau beer garden just down the hill a hundred or two metres and have a bite or a cold drink.

Looking at the Bahn schedule website, I see an IC bus leaving Hackerbrücke ZOB at 10:15. You would need to catch the 9:09 S1 from the airport in order to make that bus. The next direct IC bus from Munich to Prague is at 14:15 (2:15 PM). Meanwhile, there are other connections using the S-Bahn to Munich, an ICE to Nürnberg, and the Bahn IC bus from Nürnberg to Prague. It looks like advance purchase online Savings Fare tickets for those connections start at 29€. Be aware that advance purchase tickets are train/bus specific. If your flight is late, you could lose everything.
