Hi
We are looking to get from Tegel airport to Alexanderplatz via the express bus. Do we need exact change? Do we pay the bus driver or do we get a ticket in the airport?

There used to be 2-3 transportation desks with real live people (and long, long lines) near the bus exit at Tegel. I think I bought a 7-day BVG pass there on my first flight into Tegel a few years back. Are those still there?
