I know it does not go into effect fully until the 3rd quarter of 2026, but has anyone had an issue when arriving, since we can't get it yet?

No one would have had an issue because no one can even get the thing until sometime next year...and that's IF they don't delay launch YET another time. LOL, it's been a topic on the forum for, oh, at least 7 years, and the launch date has changed more often than my socks!

Why would anyone have an issue with something that doesnt yet exist? The only thing different now about arrivals in Europe is going through the EES, which does not require doing anything different before arriving.

We can look forward to the possibility of it being delayed again. By the 4th quarter of 2026, my trip in 2 parts will have been completed. This summer no problems encountered with Immigration in Paris CDG.
