Hello everyone,
My husband and I have booked a quick trip from USA. We arrive in Munich Sept 28th and have booked a hotel in Erding for 5 nights. I am looking for suggestions for day trips... at least one day to go to Oktoberfest. This is what I was thinking:
Sat: enjoy the sights of Erding
Sun: Neuschwanstein castle
Mon: Oktoberfest
Tues: Eagles nest
Wed: Oktoberfest
We are open for suggestions, and also looking for guidance on travel to these places from Erding.
Should we just take the train from the airport to Erding?
I know this is a quick trip- we are planning 2 weeks next year.
