Has anyone taken a guided tour of the Elbphilharmonie? Would I be going through a construction site or are there semi-finished areas on the tour? Could it be combined with a tour of the Mini WonderWorld?

I can only partially answer your question. You can walk from the Elphilharmonie to the Miniaturwunderland in 10 minutes. If you're like me you'll need at least half a day in Miniaturwunderland.
